The fight overall wasn't as insanely difficult as everyone makes it out to be. I used some basic macros (which you can see blown up in giant buttons on the middle of my UI, lol) for Charging Kanrethad with the Pit Lord, dispelling myself with the Pit Lord's cleanse flame, and a few others. My (ilvl) item level during this video was 507, with no set bonuses on my gear. Everything is gemmed/enchanted, of course.

'Charge' (causes the pitlord to charge Kanrethad and interrupt him- use when he tries to cast Cataclysm)

'Cleanse' (causes the Pit Lord to cast his breath at you which cleanses you of debuffs, does not do damage to you. Use often to keep your debuffs in hand)

'Enslave' (enslaves the Pit Lord. use it as soon as he comes out)

/target Pit Lord
/cast Enslave Demon

'Dismiss' (cancels the enslave on the Pit Lord. I used this immediately followed by 'Enslave' when the Doom Guard is being summoned to refresh the duration on your Pit Lord enslave. Don't want that running out!)

'Move' (moves your pet. Use it to get the pit lord out of line of sight of the felhunters before they come out)

/petmoveto

'Fel Flame' (uses your Pit Lord's Fel Flame ability in front of him rather than at you. Useful if he has a bunch of imps in front of him to AOE them down. )

'GO' (causes the Pit Lord to start attacking Kanrethad. He doesn't automatically do this as soon as he's enslaved/reenslaved so it's nice to have a button for it)
