In all seriousness, this bug is a rare but really irritating problem. I have never hacked, modded or otherwise changed my installation of Dark Souls II. I'm using a PC with an i7-4770k, Nvidia GTX 770 graphics card and Windows 8. (My full system specs are available on my Twitch page, link below.) Tabbing out and back into Dark Souls 2 will temporarily fix the problem, but a full system reboot is needed to banish it for any length of time. Hopefully FromSoft gets to fixing this! My time with the DLC (and game in general) has otherwise been fantastic.
